The owners of this executive condominium unit are collectors, so the design had to celebrate their art toys without letting the display take over the home. We built backlit niches and glass display cases into the circulation spaces, turning the corridor into a small gallery you walk past every day. The base palette is deliberately quiet: warm cream cabinetry, a marble-look kitchen splashback, and soft arcs at the entryway. Against that backdrop, the collectibles supply the colour. Storage runs floor to ceiling but reads as wall, keeping the compact layout uncluttered. It's a home that manages to be both a showcase and a genuinely easy place to live.
