Terrace house renovation in Singapore
Terrace houses are the most common landed renovation we handle. An interior renovation of an inter-terrace typically costs $120,000–$300,000 and runs 4–6 months on-site. Corner terraces add side-extension potential under A&A rules, which is often the most cost-effective way to gain floor area without a rebuild.
The usual scope: full rewiring and re-piping (most terraces are 30+ years old), waterproofing at the roof and rear service area, staircase reworking, and opening up the ground floor for a connected kitchen-living-dining flow. Conservation terraces in areas like Joo Chiat and Emerald Hill carry URA facade rules our panel Architects handle.
