How much do interior design services cost in Singapore?
A full design-and-build runs $28,000–$80,000 for an HDB flat, $30,000–$100,000 for a condo, and $120,000–$500,000 for a landed interior. Office fit-outs are priced per square foot, usually $80–$180 psf. Every quote is itemised line by line before anything is signed.
How long does a renovation take?
Eight to ten weeks on site for an HDB flat, eight to twelve for a condo once MCST approvals clear, and longer for landed work that touches structure. Add three to five weeks of design development before the first contractor arrives.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. HDB renovation permits, MCST submissions for condos, and URA and BCA applications for landed A&A works are handled in-house. We are HDB-registered, BCA-licensed and CaseTrust-accredited.
